After we seine catfish on the previous day, the catfish are then hand sorted for size and quality and
held overnight in these holding nets. Here we are harvesting catfish in the early morning and loading
them into a net. The fish are then lifted by a backhoe and weighed and loaded into a fish transport
truck for delivery.
